In UIC Build , you gain knowledge of business development, financing and what is required to build business concepts and an organization.
In the program, you get the opportunity to expand your network with experienced entrepreneurs, investors and other experts with extensive experience in business development and entrepreneurship.
We offer seminars and workshops combined with individual business coaching. You will learn, among other things, how to build a scalable business model, how to formulate goals, how to create a strong team, how to be a good salesperson and how to pitch to investors. You will also produce a pitch deck and an implementation plan to take the next step in your business development.
Our business developers have extensive experience in supporting people to test and challenge their business ideas, equipping you with the tools you need to develop quickly and avoid pitfalls on the road to success. Together with UIC partners from business , we support you in the work of taking your idea to the next phase.
Support for Deeptech/Life Science
Is your business idea based on research, specialized technology, has a long time to market, and requires significant capital? Are you running a Deeptech company, for example, in the pharmaceutical, medical technology, healthtech, materials technology, space, or environmental technology industries?
If so, we have developed a tailored program with additional support for you. To access the Deeptech modules, you need to participate in one of our business development programs.

Previous knowledge
