When Jonas Aneheim founded the company twelve years ago, he had a vision of building a consulting firm in a new way\u2014one where culture, people, and collaboration would be at the center. The result is a flat organization with no traditional managers or sales roles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2014 We don\u2019t invest in offices, we invest in our culture. Personality is sometimes more important than competence when we recruit. That\u2019s how we build sustainable teams that stay over time, says Jonas Aneheim, CEO and founder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
