Entrepreneurs, leaders, and teams – welcome to a session on how to build a team that actually delivers.

Having a strong idea is not enough. In the end, it’s the team that determines whether you succeed – or not. But what does it really take to create a team that takes ownership, collaborates effectively, and achieves its goals?

Jonas Aneheim is a business leader and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience building teams. Both as a management consultant for his clients and within his own company, Aneheim Consulting, which he founded in 2013. The company has become something of an experimental lab for organizational models, consistently working with a fully flat structure and self-organizing teams. Internally, they jokingly refer to it as an “agile amoeba” – an organization that adapts, grows, and reshapes itself as needed.

As a management consultant, Jonas has worked across multiple industries. Particularly within life sciences, ranging from healthcare operations and the supporting infrastructure (including facilities, equipment, and operational support functions) to pharmaceutical development and manufacturing, as well as medical devices. He has also worked within energy and energy infrastructure.

Throughout his career, he has worked with both large established companies and smaller start-ups, always with a strong focus on leadership and building effective teams.

Today, Aneheim Consulting consists of more than 60 consultants with a turnover exceeding SEK 80 million – the result of a deliberate approach to building effective, accountable, and self-driven teams.

This session is grounded in Jonas’s practical experience. While some inspiration comes from classic theories, the focus of the evening is on simplicity and practicality – what actually works in real life.

In this talk, you will gain insights on:

  • how to build teams that take real ownership
  • what it takes to create direction without creating bureaucracy
  • how self-organization can become a competitive advantage – not chaos

Warm welcome!
