In this session, we will explore similarities and differences involved in leading projects across start-ups, scale-ups, and briefly touch upon larger organizations. We will also discuss how project management and product development differ within various areas of the life science industry – including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, in vitro diagnostics (IVD), and software development.

Aneheim Consulting
Aneheim Consulting (AC) is a leadership and management consultancy with a special focus on project management. Since its founding in 2016, AC has grown from one to over 65 consultants. A majority of AC’s consultants work within the life science industry in the Uppsala/ Stockholm region.
About the Presenter
Annica Önell specializes in med- & biotechnology and has more than 25 years of experience in leadership, project & product management, and research within the life science industry.
Most recently, she served as Product Portfolio Director at Olink Proteomics, and today she primarily works with start-ups. Throughout her career, she has held various leadership roles in start-ups, fast-growing companies, mid-sized organizations, and large international companies.
