Meet Anna Nilsson and Matteo Ghetti, founders of Papershive and alumni of UIC’s Build & Accelerate program, and hear the story of their remarkable startup journey.

After navigating several pivots and challenges along the way, Papershive eventually found its direction by targeting large pharmaceutical companies. What started with small early consume deals gradually evolved into seven-figure negotiations with several of the major global pharma companies, ultimately leading to the company being successfully acquired.

In this inspirational talk and interactive workshop, Matteo and Anna will share the lessons and methods they learned about approaching sales as an early-stage startup. Especially when you don’t yet have a network, brand recognition, or warm introductions.

Participants will gain practical tools and concrete strategies for reaching potential customers, initiating conversations, and building early traction.
