What Does It Take for an Invention to Be Patentable? By, Brann

Join us for an interactive workshop exploring what truly makes an invention patentable, and what doesn’t. Through a series of fictional inventions and examples of existing knowledge in the field (prior art), we will collectively analyze whether key patentability criteria are met: (i) novelty and (ii) inventive step.
The workshop aims to show that even inventions that may appear “small” or incremental can in fact be patentable, provided they meet the right requirements.
The session is led by experienced patent professionals from Brann.
