Startup services – IP for the newborn company – is an easier way for startups to take advantage of our intellectual property services.
Small companies and innovators often struggle with finances and are forced to prioritise between activities such as marketing, product development and intellectual property rights. AWA wants to help make life a little easier for these smaller companies and has therefore developed a number of customized services.
AWA guarantees the following:
- A safe, smooth and cost-effective process – from the first meeting with one of our consultants to the submission of the IP application (for patents, trademark or design protection).
- The first meeting is free of charge.
- We offer fixed and competitive prices on all our services.
Our offer also includes agreements, such as a confidentiality agreement that can be used when you meet potential customers or partners.
AWA’s startup services are aimed at innovators and start-up companies that meet the following criteria: the company must be a maximum of two years old and not have a turnover of more than approximately SEK 500,000.
Offer to the UIC incubator companies from AWA
For companies affiliated with UIC, AWA offers an additional discount on our existing Start-up offer * (regular prices in parentheses) for patent cases, see below. UIC companies are also exempt from the qualification that is normally made with regard to the company’s size and age.
An introductory meeting free of charge, with a general discussion about the company’s intangible assets and appropriate forms of protection as well as intellectual property strategies.
Regarding brand and design, we refer to our existing Start-up offer *, and the prices listed below. The offer thus corresponds to that which is offered to others on the market, with the difference for UIC-affiliated companies that we do not make any exceptions with regard to the company’s size or age.
