Through UIC Accelerate, Treebula gains access to tailored business development, experienced business coaches, investors, and expert partners. The goal is to strengthen the company’s continued growth and support its efforts to develop the next generation of digital solutions for the forestry sector.

— We are very pleased that such experienced entrepreneurs have chosen to work with us. Uppsala has a strong forestry heritage, and we are now entering a phase where we will place greater focus on forestry technology, says Maria Mattsson Mähl, Program Manager for UIC Accelerate.

Companies accepted into UIC Accelerate are offered an initial investment of SEK 600,000 from Linnéa Capital. The purpose is to strengthen the companies’ financial position and increase their growth opportunities.

Advancing sustainable forestry through digitalization

Treebula is working to make forest ownership more transparent, accessible, and profitable through digital technology. Its platform helps forest owners gain deeper insights into their forest assets and make better-informed decisions regarding both the economic and ecological value of their forests. www.treebula.se

—  We are very happy to have been accepted into UIC Accelerate. We have high expectations and believe this can be an excellent environment for achieving what we set out to do. We see the proximity to research and the university as a great opportunity, but there are also several companies within UIC where we see potential for synergies and collaborations, says Daniel Kernell, CEO at Treebula.
